How long is shipping?

US Shipping Times:

*For Sample Orders: (3-5 Business Days Estimated Delivery Time)

 Processing Time is 1-2 Business Days, Shipping 3-4 Business Days

*Wholesale Orders: (7-10 Business Days Estimated Delivery Time)

You will receive your tracking number within 3-4 Business Days (Processing Time) then only 1-3 Business Days Delivery Time

PLEASE CONFIRM that you are providing the correct shipping address while placing an order. Packages that are returned due to wrong shipping address provided by the customer will result a re-delivery fee paid by the customer.

We are NOT reliable for lost/ missing packages that are stated delivered. Please contact the shipping company immediately and provide them with your tracking number. Send us an email immediately with your (full name) to help you resolve any issue.

Packages are insured up to $100 only unless the customer pays for extra insurance.

Refund/ Exchange Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, you may NOT cancel since all orders are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for ANY reason.

Therefore, will be a FINAL SALE.

In the event you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, send us an email immediately and we can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet, in exchange for a store credit.

Once a shipping label has been generated, that means it is on it's way to the shipping facility. All we could do at that point is for you to wait till you receive it, and ship it back to us unopened . Once we receive it in the best condition and unopened, we can then issue you your store credit.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if arrived damaged/ incorrect. Contact us immediately with your order number, full name, photos of damaged/ incorrect items so that we may issue store credit for replacement. Since products sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee your item will be available and/or shipped out quickly, so we will only issue store credit.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customer is solely responsible for providing incorrect/ missing shipping address. Please double check the shipping address is complete (street numbers, apartment number) and correct with the correct zip code before submitting your order.

If order has not been shipped, please email us at support@shopwholesalelashes.com to provide the correct and complete shipping address along with your full name and order number.

If order has already shipped with the wrong shipping address, we can only re-send it back as soon as it has been returned to our facility and you will have to pay the re-shipment cost.
